Generic Terms of Service on Converting Animations to Video using Html2Video API

Introduction

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Biende Kft. ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("User", "you").


Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Html2Video API, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.


Definitions

Use of the Service

  • The Service is provided "as is". The Company makes no warranties regarding the performance or availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits.

Consequences of Illegal Activities

  • We strictly prohibit the use of our Site and Services for any illegal activities, including the distribution or creation of malicious code or content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any engagement in illegal activities or the dissemination of malicious content through our Service will result in immediate termination of your account and services. Furthermore, the offending User will be held accountable for any legal consequences, damages, or liabilities arising from such actions. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of Arbitration Association in Budapest, Hungary.


Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon notice to the other party.

Effective Date: The Terms of the Html2Video Service is effective as of 11.02.2024.
